Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 12, 2026
Welcome to Fruit Slash : Body Motion Games (the "Application"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you use our mobile application.
- No Server: This Application operates entirely without an external game server.
- No Video/Camera Uploads: Camera data used for body motion tracking is processed 100% locally on your device and is never uploaded, stored, or shared.
- No In-App Purchases: The Application is completely free to play and contains no in-app purchases.
- Third-Party Services: The Application uses Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. These services process advertising, analytics, device, usage, and diagnostic data as described below.
1. Camera and Motion Data Processing (Critical Privacy)
Our Application utilizes your device's camera to enable real-time body tracking and motion-controlled gameplay. We care deeply about your visual privacy:
- Local Processing Only: All video streams and camera frames are analyzed strictly on your local device in real-time to recognize your hand and body movements.
- No Collection or Storage: We do NOT collect, record, save, or upload any video data, images, or biometric features to any server or third party. As soon as the motion analysis is complete, the data is immediately discarded from temporary volatile memory.
2. Analytics and Gameplay Events
The Application uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is used. Firebase Analytics may process:
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general technical identifiers.
- Gameplay and interaction events, such as game modes played, levels or sessions, feature interactions, and similar in-app activity.
- Advertising identifiers where available and permitted, including Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
We use this information to understand feature usage, improve gameplay, measure engagement, and evaluate app performance. Gameplay events are not derived from or linked to uploaded camera images because camera images are not uploaded.
3. Crash and Performance Diagnostics
The Application uses Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and technical problems. Crashlytics may process crash logs, device state, app version, operating system information, performance information, and identifiers associated with a crash report. We use this information to maintain stability and fix bugs.
4. Advertising and Personalization
The Application uses Google AdMob to display optional revive ads. AdMob and its advertising partners may process information for ad delivery, personalization, frequency control, fraud prevention, and measurement, including:
- Advertising and device identifiers, including IDFA when access is authorized.
- IP address and coarse location derived from the IP address.
- Device, app, ad interaction, and diagnostic information.
Personalized advertising may be provided where permitted based on available permissions and applicable consent choices. If personalized advertising is unavailable or not permitted, ads may be non-personalized or otherwise restricted.
5. App Tracking Transparency and Your Choices
On iOS, the Application uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission request before accessing the IDFA for tracking. If you deny tracking permission, the Application will not access the IDFA for tracking. You can change this permission later in your device's Settings. ATT permission does not control every form of analytics or diagnostic processing.
Where applicable law requires additional consent for advertising or analytics, choices should be presented before the relevant processing. You may also manage advertising and privacy controls through your device settings.
6. Third-Party Providers
Google processes information under its own terms and privacy documentation. For more information, see:
- Google Privacy Policy
- Privacy and Security in Firebase
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
7. Data Retention and Security
Camera frames used for motion recognition are discarded from temporary memory after local processing and are not retained by us. Data processed by Google services is retained and protected according to Google's service settings, retention controls, and policies. We use reasonable measures and service configuration controls to limit data processing to the purposes described in this Policy.
8. Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed to children. We do not knowingly use the Application to collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application or a connected service, contact us so we can review the issue and take appropriate action.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.
